Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup fresh herbs chopped

Instructions
 

  • Begin by draining and rinsing the canned white beans.
  • In a bowl, mix the beans with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and freshly chopped herbs.
  • Let this sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with a bit more olive oil.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
