Instructions
Begin by draining and rinsing the canned white beans.
In a bowl, mix the beans with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and freshly chopped herbs.
Let this sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with a bit more olive oil.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
