- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz orange curaçao
- ½ oz orgeat syrup almond syrup
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: fresh mint sprig and lime wedge
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add light rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup.
Shake well until chilled.
Fill a short glass with crushed ice and strain the mixture into it.
Slowly pour dark rum on top to float.
