- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Ranch Cheese Sauce:
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
For the Parmesan Crust Topping:
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Preheat oven broiler and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt together ranch dressing, provolone, and Parmesan until smooth.
