Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Ranch Cheese Sauce:

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

For the Parmesan Crust Topping:

  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven broiler and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt together ranch dressing, provolone, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and melted butter.
  • Place cooked chicken on baking sheet. Top with cheese sauce, then Parmesan crust.
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
Swap panko for crushed pork rinds to make it keto-friendly.
Works great with grilled chicken or baked chicken thighs too
