Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lime slices and mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a trifle dish or jars. Chill.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, and zest. Mix until creamy.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  • Layer trifle: graham crust, lime filling, whipped cream. Repeat layers until the dish is full.
  • Chill for 2–3 hours or overnight. Garnish with lime slices and mint before serving.

Notes

Swap graham crackers with vanilla wafers or gluten-free alternatives.
Coconut cream and vegan cream cheese work for a dairy-free version.
For best layering, use a piping bag to add filling and whipped cream.
