Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips melted
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice freshly squeezed for better flavor
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and press gently.
  • Refrigerate until firm, then cut into pieces.
