  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
  • Create a well in the dry mixture and add the whiskey and eggs.
  • Mix until the batter is smooth and then pour into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
