Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cabbage sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange cabbage slices on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from oven, spread tomato sauce on each slice, and top with cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For an extra kick, try adding a sprinkle of chili flakes before serving.
