  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 2 butter softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 cups shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1 cup chocolate melted, for coating (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of softened butter. Mix until creamy.
  • Gradually add 4 cups of powdered sugar. Combine until a smooth dough forms.
  • Fold in 2 cups of shredded coconut, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Shape the mixture into small potato-like forms and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
