- 1 2 butter softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 2 cups shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
- 1 cup chocolate melted, for coating (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of softened butter. Mix until creamy.
Gradually add 4 cups of powdered sugar. Combine until a smooth dough forms.
Fold in 2 cups of shredded coconut, mixing until evenly distributed.
