Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups broccoli cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in broccoli florets and pour the honey mixture over; cook until broccoli is tender yet crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
