Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 package Jell-O mix strawberry flavor
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping light
  • 2 cups pretzels crushed
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pretzels on a baking sheet, toasting them lightly for about 5–7 minutes until they’re golden and fragrant.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, one-third of the whipped topping, and sugar, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the Jell-O mix in boiling water, stirring until fully integrated, then stir in cold water.
  • Layer the pretzels at the bottom of a serving bowl, followed by the cream cheese mixture, and top it with fresh strawberries. Finally, pour the Jell-O into the bowl and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh strawberries. You can substitute sugar with a sugar alternative for a lower-calorie version.
