Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  • Mix in artichokes, Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes
