This Healthy Chinese Ground Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry is a fast, flavorful, and nutritious one-pan dinner made with lean beef, tender cabbage, and savory Asian seasonings. Perfect for low-carb and gluten-free meals!
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Push beef aside and add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes).
Stir in cabbage and carrots. Cook for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to coat all ingredients.
Drizzle sriracha for heat, if desired.
