- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¾ cups buttermilk or 1 ¾ cups milk + 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
