This Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad is a vibrant mix of sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata, crisp greens, and tangy balsamic glaze. A perfect summer salad that’s fresh, light, and incredibly easy to prepare!
2–3 cups mixed greens arugula, spinach, or spring mix
1cupcherry tomatoe shalved
¼red onion thinly sliced
¼cupwalnuts roughly chopped
Fresh basil leaves torn
Olive oil for brushing and drizzling
Salt & black pepper to taste
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Brush peach halves with olive oil. Grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Let cool, then slice.
In a large bowl or platter, layer the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, walnuts, and basil.
Add the grilled peach slices on top.
Place the whole burrata in the center of the salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.Substitute walnuts with pecans or sunflower seeds if desired.Make it a full meal by adding grilled chicken or prosciutto.If you don’t have balsamic glaze, reduce balsamic vinegar with a bit of honey until thickened.
