Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 6 oz feta cheese cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and add it to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the olives and cubes of feta cheese to the vegetables.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
