Ingredients
  

  • 4 low-carb wraps
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes cut into thick slices
  • 12 bacon strips
  • 3/4 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Layer tomato slices and shredded lettuce on each wrap.
  • Place 3 strips of bacon on each wrap.
  • Drizzle with secret sauce made from olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll up tightly and slice in half to serve.
