- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 green bell pepper diced (optional)
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 15–18 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for variation.
Add shredded cheese at the end for extra richness.
Gluten-free pasta works well too—adjust cook time as needed.
