Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced (optional)
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 15–18 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for variation.
Add shredded cheese at the end for extra richness.
Gluten-free pasta works well too—adjust cook time as needed.
