These Golden Crust Cheesy Beef Bombs are crispy on the outside and packed with a gooey, cheesy beef filling inside. A comfort food classic that’s simple to make and always satisfying.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let cool.
Stir shredded cheese into the beef mixture until slightly melted.
Take a scoop of mashed potatoes, flatten into a disc, and fill with a spoonful of beef-cheese mixture. Seal and form into a ball or patty.
Coat lightly with breadcrumbs. Repeat for all.
Place on a greased baking sheet or skillet.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes or pan-fry until golden and crisp.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
