Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Cooked rice, for serving
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the flank steak and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in gochujang and soy sauce; add broccolini.
  • Cook until broccolini is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of gochujang to suit your spice preference.
