Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grated beets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine grated beets, almond flour, chia seeds, and seasonings until mixed well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet to about 1/8 inch thick. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Once cooled, break into pieces and serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, experiment by adding herbs like rosemary or thyme to the mixture.
