- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey for a leaner option
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs use gluten-free breadcrumbs if preferred
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup milk use almond milk for dairy-free
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1/4 cup garlic Parmesan sauce for topping, optional but recommended
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, milk, egg, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Shape the Meatloaves: Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape them into small loaves. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake: Place the meatloaves in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Add Sauce: Optional – Drizzle garlic Parmesan sauce over the meatloaves during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve: Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
You can use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative to ground beef.
For a gluten-free version, substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free panko or crushed rice crackers.
