Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Add chopped kale to the skillet, stirring occasionally until wilted and vibrant green, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, mixing until the kale is nicely coated, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
