These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious, savory snack combining ground beef, cheddar cheese, and a garlic Parmesan butter glaze, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for parties, game days, or a family dinner, these bombs are sure to become a crowd favorite!

1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1can refrigerated biscuit dough8 biscuits
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
3clovesgarlicminced
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoondried Italian seasoning
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.
Mix the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each bomb.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
