- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey for a lighter option
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.
Mix the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each bomb.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
