Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey for a lighter option
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  • Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  • Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.
  • Mix the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each bomb.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use any cheese of your choice.
You can add red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
