- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
