Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and sauce thickens.
  • Toss in cooked spaghetti and coat well with sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.

Notes

Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
Use gluten-free spaghetti for a GF-friendly meal.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrients.
