- 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
- 1 cup butter unsalted
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Reserve some pasta water, then drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing with garlic butter.
Stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.
