Electric Beach Cocktail
This Electric Beach Cocktail is a showstopping tropical drink layered with vibrant colors and fruity flavors. It’s perfect for summer parties, beach days, or anytime you need a sip of paradise. Made with grenadine, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and a splash of rum, it’s as fun to make as it is to drink.
Ingredients
- Crushed ice
- 1 oz grenadine
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz white rum optional
- Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a clear glass to the top with crushed ice.
- Pour grenadine slowly into the bottom of the glass.
- Using the back of a spoon, gently layer blue curaçao over the grenadine.
- Next, slowly pour pineapple juice on top, again using a spoon for best layering.
- Add a splash of white rum if using.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
Notes
For cleaner layers, always pour slowly over the back of a spoon.
