Ingredients
  

  • Crushed ice
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz white rum optional
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a clear glass to the top with crushed ice.
  • Pour grenadine slowly into the bottom of the glass.
  • Using the back of a spoon, gently layer blue curaçao over the grenadine.
  • Next, slowly pour pineapple juice on top, again using a spoon for best layering.
  • Add a splash of white rum if using.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

For cleaner layers, always pour slowly over the back of a spoon.
Skip the rum for a kid-friendly mocktail version.
Swap pineapple juice with mango nectar for a sweeter twist.
Drink immediately to enjoy the layered effect before it blends.
