Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for whipped cream
  • 1 pre-made pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the pie crust according to instructions until golden brown.
  • Allow the crust to cool completely, then slice and hull the strawberries. Toss them with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Layer the strawberries on the cooled pie crust and top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
