Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin dissolved in water

Instructions
 

  • Puree the fresh strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  • Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Mix the strawberry puree with sugar and dissolved gelatin in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Carefully fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
