Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice optional, for added color
  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream for a richer texture
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Fruit slices e.g., oranges, pineapples, berries for garnish
  •
  • Optional: whipped cream or maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the Juices: In a large pitcher or bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Add Creaminess: Slowly pour in the coconut milk (or coconut cream) and stir until smooth. The coconut milk will add a rich and creamy texture to the punch.
  • Sweeten the Punch: Add honey or agave syrup to the mixture. Stir well and taste to adjust sweetness.
  • Add the Fizz: Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizzy touch. Stir gently.
  • Serve Over Ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice, then pour the punch over the ice.
  •
  • Garnish & Serve: Top the punch with fruit slices, berries, or whipped cream for an extra festive touch. Optionally, you can also add a maraschino cherry on top.

Notes

  • Customize the Flavor: Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup based on your preference.
  • Add Extra Spice: A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg can be added to the punch for a little extra warmth and depth of flavor.
  • Dairy-Free Version: Replace the coconut milk with any other non-dairy milk like almond milk or oat milk for a dairy-free version.

  • Low-Sugar Option: Substitute the honey or syrup with a sugar-free sweetener like stevia or monk fruit.
