Pistachio Filling:

  • 8 ounces raw pistachio butter creamy
  • 6 ounces kataifi pastry dough shredded phyllo dough
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste optional, for extra nuttiness

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Shell
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each cavity of a silicone mold, spreading evenly to coat the bottom and sides.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until firm.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Pistachio Filling
  • Finely chop the kataifi pastry dough into small pieces.
  • In a pan over medium heat, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add the kataifi and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the pistachio butter and tahini paste (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Chocolate Bars
  • Spoon the pistachio filling into the chocolate-coated molds, pressing gently to avoid air pockets.
  • Cover with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring the bars are fully sealed.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes until firm.

  • Carefully unmold the chocolate bars.
