Instructions
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumbers.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
Top with crumbled feta and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss gently to combine.
Notes
Best served fresh; can be made ahead but keep dressing separate.
