- 1 cup dill pickle juice strained
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin or 1.5 tsp agar-agar for vegan
- 2 tsp lemon juice optional
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A few drops green food coloring optional
- 1 tbsp corn syrup optional, for softer texture
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional, for extra zing
- Nonstick spray for molds
- Silicone worm molds or other candy molds
Lightly spray silicone molds and set on a tray.
In a saucepan, combine dill pickle juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Heat over medium-low until sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle in gelatin while whisking. Stir continuously for 3–5 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add green food coloring, salt, and any optional flavorings. Remove from heat.
Carefully fill molds with the warm mixture using a dropper or spoon. Tap to release bubbles.
Chill in fridge for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
Gently remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.
Use agar-agar for a vegan version.
For sour gummies, dust with citric acid and sugar.
Add chili powder for a spicy version.
Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
