Bring to a boil, cover, turn off heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Transfer to ice bath to cool, then peel.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt & pepper.
Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika. Chill or serve immediately.
Notes
For ultra-smooth filling, mash yolks well or use a food processor.Add flavor twists like sriracha, avocado, or pickles for variation.Best served cold or at room temperature. Do not microwave.
