  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • Paprika for garnish

Cook Eggs

  • Arrange eggs in a single layer in a large pot and add cold water to cover by 1 inch.

  • Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 12 minutes.
  • Drain and refill with ice water; cool for 5 minutes, then peel under running water.

Prepare Filling

  • Place yolks in a bowl and mash, then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt until smooth.

  • Pipe or spoon filling into whites and dust with paprika.
