Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • - 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thinly slice cucumbers. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over cucumbers and gently stir to coat.
  • Mix in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

- For extra crunch, use English cucumbers and a mandoline slicer.
- Replace bacon with plant-based bacon for a vegetarian version.
- This snack is best served cold and fresh
