Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make the dressing by whisking together olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan until creamy.
  • Toss the cucumbers and romaine lettuce with the dressing, then top with additional Parmesan before serving.
