Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup water chestnuts diced
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce leaves separated

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  • Mix in water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Serve in lettuce leaves, allowing everyone to wrap their own.

Notes

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, but the filling can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
