Instructions
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Mix in water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for a few more minutes.
Serve in lettuce leaves, allowing everyone to wrap their own.
Notes
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, but the filling can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
