Instructions
In a skillet, sauté diced jalapenos until they soften, about 3 minutes.
In your crockpot, combine sautéed jalapenos, corn, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Set your crockpot to low and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until everything is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, give it a final stir and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, add smoked paprika during cooking.
