  • 2-3 pounds stew meat cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 onion minced
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons butter or garlic butter, divided

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the cubed stew meat to your crockpot, followed by salt and black pepper to season the beef.
  • Then add the minced garlic and onion along with the beef broth, mixing everything together.
  • Cover the pot and let it slow cook on low for 5 to 8 hours, till the aroma fills your kitchen and the meat is tender.
  • Once cooked, transfer the meat to a broiler pan and drizzle the remaining butter over it, then broil until it gets a nice golden color.
  • Finally, return the steak to the crockpot, mix it with the juices, and enjoy with the cooked onions.
