Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes with Kielbasa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 10-ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 1 13-ounce package Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage cut in half-moon chunks
  • 1 32-ounce bag Frozen Diced Hash Brown Potatoes I use the O’Brien

Instructions
 

  • To a large bowl, add the soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in the diced onion, half of the shredded cheese, and kielbasa. Mix well.
  • Next, add the diced hash browns and mix together.
  • Add the mixture to a greased slow cooker (or use a crockpot liner).
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for about 3-4 hours.
