  • 1 pound brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the halved sprouts with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, tossing them until evenly coated.
  • Spread the brussel sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet, and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
