Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby kale, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing use your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix optional
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chicken, chopped kale, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and dry ranch mix in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and scatter about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of shredded cheese along the center. Top with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture, creating a line in the tortilla's center.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and press to ensure the wrap holds together.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, place the wraps seam-side down after lightly brushing with avocado oil to get a crispy finish.
  • Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the tortillas turn a golden brown, ensuring the cheese inside melts perfectly.
  • Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve the wraps warm for a delightful meal.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the ranch dressing. These wraps store well, but for best results, consume them fresh off the skillet!
