Slider Ingredients

  • 12 count slider buns sweet Hawaiian rolls work well
  • 8 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 8 oz cheese swiss or mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp butter melted for brushing
  • 1 tbsp herbs fresh thyme or parsley optional

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and layer the prosciutto and cheese between each bun.
  • Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with melted butter mixed with herbs.
  • Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

These sliders can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months. Reheating in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F is recommended for the best texture.
