Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 12 oz thick cut bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS avocado oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until it's just firm enough to retain a bite. Rinse with cold water to halt the cooking.
  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare your peas, crisp up the bacon, and grate the parmesan. Set these aside to join the pasta later.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan. Coat evenly with the dressing, stirring gently to avoid breaking the pasta.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together, or serve it immediately if you can't wait.
