6  bone-in skinless chicken thighs 2  tbsp  olive oil 3  tbsp  unsalted butter 4  garlic cloves  minced 1  cup  heavy cream ½  cup  chicken broth ½  cup  grated Parmesan cheese 1  tsp  paprika 1  tsp  dried Italian herbscor oregano/thyme ½  tsp  salt adjust to taste ½  tsp  black pepper 2  tbsp  fresh parsley or dill  chopped Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat chicken thighs dry and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken thighs for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian herbs. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
Use room-temperature cream to prevent curdling. 
Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor. 
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
