- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup imitation crab meat finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions chopped (optional)
- Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Water for sealing wrappers
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, crab, garlic powder, and green onions until smooth.
Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and spoon 1 tbsp of the filling into the center.
Moisten the wrapper edges with water, fold, and seal into a ball or triangle shape.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown.
