- 1 cup imitation crab meat or real crab, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 2 tbsp green onions or chives chopped

- ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for egg wash
