- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño brine or fresh lime juice
- 1 –2 tablespoons milk or water if needed to thin
- Salt to taste

Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and jalapeño brine to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
