Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese low-fat
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetener maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Once you achieve a silky consistency without lumps, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken and chill.
