- 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can 15 oz creamed corn
- 1 box 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional, for extra flavor
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix corn, creamed corn, sour cream, butter, and muffin mix.
Stir until smooth. Fold in cheese or extras if desired.
